Hot Stone Massage

Hot Stone Massage is a therapeutic, specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones as an extension of their own hands. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles. The warm volcanic, basalt stones relieve deep muscle tension. The warmth of the stones penetrates your muscles to soothe aches and pains, helping you to unwind and feel rejuvenated.


Lomi Lomi

(£35/ half an hour, longer sessions from £50) 
A unique healing ("Loving hands") massage derived from the ancient Polynesians and more specifically the master healers of Hawaii. It works gently yet deeply into the muscles with long, continuous, energy flowing strokes, totally nurturing the body and, enabling the recipient to relax, give in and simply be, also helps release the blockages and therefore facilitates the road to healing. On the physical level, through Lomi Lomi stress and tension are relieved, blood and lymph flow assisted and the elimination of wastes and toxins stimulated. Lomi Lomi is not just a physical experience; it also facilitates healing on the mental, emotional and spiritual levels as well. The client viewed as someone to be returned to harmony and balance.


Aromatherapy/ Hot Oil Massage

Therapeutic massage normally using a custom blend of aromatic plant essential oils or heated natural oil (or even both in the same session) to ease away physical and mental tension, thereby achieving greater benefits.


Bamboo Massage

(£35/ half an hour, longer sessions from £50)
Uses a unique technique (developed by Gerard’s Co) offers relaxation and soothing as well as draining effect. The massage also has strong bio-stimulating and revitalizing effects. It can be also applied to specific areas of the body only, before or after a medical treatment.
The massage improves your health and is ideal for both men and women. Sportsmen will appreciate it for stimulation of nerves, muscles and blood circulation as well as stronger relaxing and soothing effects. Its draining and revitalizing effects are good for women fighting cellulite with swells or fibrosis. Bamboo massage can also be an original gift for your family or friends.

It is possible to mix techniques (it costs £5 more each time you add one).

Deep Tissue/ Remedial/ Sports Massage

Deep Tissue Massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronic aches and pains and contracted areas such as stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders. It targets problems from past injury, sport or repetitive strain. Treatment is highly effective in reducing pain and restoring movement.


Seated

Massage of the upper back and neck using gentle, medium and firm pressures helping to ease muscle tension. Helps to relieve stress and promote relaxation and the feeling of wellbeing.


Indian Head Massage

(£30/ half an hour, longer sessions from £45)
A very special massage of the upper back, neck, scalp, face and ears using gentle, medium and firm pressures helping to release blocked energy and ease muscle tension. Promotes relaxation and the feeling of wellbeing.


Reflexology Foot Massage

An ancient form of foot massage which is a safe and natural therapy that promotes self healing and relaxation.


Facial Massage

Pregnancy Massage
